RAUH-Welt SWISS – An offer from LaichWerk GmbH


1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop "RAUH-Welt SWISS" (www.rwb-swiss.ch) of LaichWerk GmbH, unless expressly agreed otherwise. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these GTC.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded as soon as the customer receives an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and do not include shipping costs.
The following payment methods are accepted:

• credit card

• Twint

• PayPal

Orders will only be processed after successful receipt of payment.

5. Delivery and Shipping
We ship worldwide via Swiss Post or DHL. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are displayed separately during the order process.

• Ready for dispatch: usually within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment

• Delivery time: varies depending on shipping location

We accept no liability for delivery delays that are outside our control (e.g. customs clearance, transport delays).

6. Returns and exchanges
Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt if:

• the size doesn't fit

• the goods are defective

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective goods. Please contact us by email before returning any items.

7. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of LaichWerk GmbH until full payment has been received.

8. Data protection
Customer data is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

9. Liability
LaichWerk GmbH is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence, as well as for indirect and consequential damages, is excluded.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of LaichWerk GmbH, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
