Shipping policy

RAUH-Welt SWISS – An offer from LaichWerk GmbH


1. Shipping areas
We ship orders from Switzerland to the following regions:

• Switzerland and Liechtenstein

• European Union (EU)

• Worldwide (Overseas)

2. Shipping service provider
Our products are shipped with the following partners:

• Swiss Post (Die Post) for national shipments

• DHL for international shipments

3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery country and the total weight of the order and are displayed transparently during the ordering process before the order is completed.
Shipping costs (examples, guidelines):

• Switzerland: from CHF 3.00 (small shipment) / from CHF 8.50 (parcel)

• EU: from CHF 4.00 (small items) / from CHF 36.00 (parcel)

• Overseas: from CHF 7.00 (small items) / from CHF 49.00 (parcel)

4. Delivery times

• Ready for dispatch: within 3–5 working days after receipt of payment

• Delivery time:

  • Switzerland: approx. 1–3 working days

  • EU: approx. 3–10 working days

  • Overseas: approx. 7–20 working days

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to delays due to customs clearance or local postal services.

5. Customs duties and taxes
For deliveries outside of Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, which must be borne by the recipient. These are neither levied nor influenced by LaichWerk GmbH.

6. Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. For packages with a tracking option, we will provide you with a tracking link.

7. Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, we will contact you by email. Reshipment will take place after consultation and, if necessary, after you have covered the shipping costs again.
