1. Return policy
You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving them if any of the following apply:

• The size doesn't fit.

• The item is damaged or defective.

Returns without a valid reason (e.g., "I don't like it") are generally not accepted, as these are limited-edition merchandise items.

2. Conditions for returns
In order for us to accept a return, the following must be met:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

• Ideally, the original packaging should be included.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

3. Return process
Please contact us at info@rwb-swiss.ch before returning anything. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
You as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs – unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly, in which case we will cover the costs.

4. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the refund will be issued via the originally used payment method.
Refunds can take up to 7 working days after receipt of the return.

5. Exchange
If you require a different size, please contact us directly. We will check if the desired item is available and, if necessary, arrange an exchange.

6. No returns accepted for:

• custom-made or personalized products

• Sale or promotional items (if marked accordingly)

• obviously used, damaged or soiled items
